It's another beautiful day in Indian Wells. The skies are blue, the mountains are surreal - they look like a HOLLYWOOD backdrop. The air smells of flowers from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
What a year! Really for tennis it was truly a magic year. Especially if you love old players like that GOAT and That BULL, and Sir ANDY and Mr. Bounce Bounce Bounce. And new faces too. And breakthrough players.
In just a few hours the United States tennis open begins at Flushing Meadow in Corona Park at the BILLIE Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing New York. Wow. Sure loved the simplicity of the "Westside Tennis Club" it's proper name or Forest Hills.
It feels like "Christmas Eve." It feels surreal... It's been an amazing WIMBLEDON . It's been filled with sunshine and surprises. It's been a magic carpet ride. It's almost over.
