It is 22:15 and I am just sitting down for dinner but having the pleasure of watching the Federer-Djokovic match, shown on a big screen at Federation Square!

Jack LaLanne died yesterday at 96. He was the father of modern day fitness, imparting wisdom and offering a model of the best of human health to tennis players around the world.

Wow that is what I have got to say as I am about to write today’s entry! Last night we ended up going to the same place as we did last Saturday!
