Newly-crowned British No.1 Heather Watson leads an all-star line-up at the Aegon Classic in Birmingham on Tuesday. Watson takes on Canadian qualifier Aleksandra Wozniak on the Ann Jones Centre Court on day two of the WTA Premier event at the Priory Club.
Laura Robson may be currently sidelined from WTA action because of a painful left wrist but that doesn't stop the top ranked British player on the women’s circuit from changing around her support team and for the fourth time in little more than a year she has announced a new coach, Mauricio Hadad.
Still no significant wins for Vera Zvonareva in her comeback (she did beat one wildcard ranked #357). At least she gets the showing-up points, which will help a little; she should go from #634 to around #580.
