Newly-crowned British No.1 Heather Watson leads an all-star line-up at the Aegon Classic in Birmingham on Tuesday. Watson takes on Canadian qualifier Aleksandra Wozniak on the Ann Jones Centre Court on day two of the WTA Premier event at the Priory Club.

Defending champion Daniela Hantuchova faces rising Swiss star Belinda Bencic after Bencic knocked out last year’s runner-up Donna Vekic on Monday in an all-teen battle which captivated the opening day crowd.

Also on Tuesday, Watson’s fellow Britons Naomi Broady and Johanna Konta play their first round matches. Broady plays Barbora Zahlavova Strycova, while Konta must contend with 14th seed Kurumi Nara of Japan.
