Doubles standout Leander Paes will be interacting with young players at a special event on December 22 at Khar Gymkhana in India. . . Bosnian-American Amer Delic has been named the new Davis Cup coach for Bosnia and Herzegovina. . . France’s Nathalie Tauziat has been named the new coach of Canadian Aleksandra Wozniak. Tauziat coached Canadian teen Eugenie Bouchard during the past two years. “I respect Nathalie a lot as a coach,” Wozniak told Open Court. “She was No. 3 in the world, and no one thought she’d get to such a high level. . . Young German Annika Beck just did a big photo shoot with Prince. . . Sports Illustrated’s and Tennis Channel’s Jon Wertheim criticized the WTA for running a full length press release of Maria Sharapova’s candy line Sugarpova on its web site. Sharapova’s camp claims the WTA asked for the press release and that they didn’t push it. . . Melbourne’s new Margaret Court Arena is now open to players with a brand new roof. . . Lleyton Hewitt and Vasek Pospisil will play the U.S. National Indoor Tennis Championships at The Racquet Club of Memphis February 10-16, 2014. . . Casey Dellacqua and James Duckworth were awarded wildcards into the 2014 Brisbane International. . .Due to the collapse of part of the roof at the Apollo Theatre in London, the BBC’s “The Day We Won Wimbledon” will now be broadcast at a later date.
