I had a chance to train for a few hours today in Santa Barbara with my training buddies and coach Ben. I have to admit, I started the day sluggish, sleepy, not engaged, and I wasn't happy about it.
I've spent the last two days with my coach Ben, and my training partners Booie Grant, Nick Crystal, and Dylan Brown at the junior national being held in Hawaii. Yesterday matches started at 8am so warm ups were at 7am.
Overall my game is coming back to me. I'm finding the range on my forehand and am maintaining a high level of intensity throughout my practices.
