Robin Soderling has finally won a title in Paris.
That’s it: the race is over. It has taken 10½ months to arrive at the result and it has involved around 75 matches each for the main contenders but finally, in the third round of the BNP Paribas Masters, the race for the ATP World Tour Finals has reached the finish line.
Rafael Nadal is currently enjoying a couple of well earned weeks off before concluding 2010 at next week’s BNP Paribas Masters at Paris’ Bercy before attempting to complete his set of tennis main prizes at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals at London’s 02 Arena.
Roger Federer does not take kindly to losing, but he reacts even less favourably when he is written off after doing so.
