Eugenie Bouchard Has Filed a Lawsuit against The U.S.T.A. / U. S. OPEN.

Genie had a “slip and fall” accident at the 2015 tournament.

It’s the first time in this writers memory of such a case. But if you listen to all accounts it certainly sounds like a sad situation.

Concussions are very, very serious. We are really only now starting to realize that head blows can last a lifetime and effect motor skills, balance, memory as well as a host of other symptoms including headaches and dizziness, light sensitivity….

We are very sorry to report this. The main thing is we hope her head heals and that she is ok.

It is a wake -up call to locker rooms everywhere which is to keep them properly monitored against puddles from showers , ice baths , icing in general.

We will add more to this as it goes along. But for real she has a right to question why and what went so wrong that night…

We know the U.S.Open could improve its locker room staff. All workers should speak fluent English. As well as workers that are bilingual and even trilingual.

Donald Young had his shoes stolen out of his locker on the most important match of his career. Round of 16 at the 2015 U.S. Open.

How does that happen ? Who stole his shoes ? Who had the locker Key ? Who was credentialed to have locker room access ?

Who turned off the lights on Genie ?
