Maria Sharapova has been putting in the hours for sponsor Porsche in the eve of the Miami Masters. The Russian, who lost the 2013 final to Serena Williams, graced an automotive a presentation in Tony Bal Harbor, Miami, an appearance which drew a crowd as the world No. 7 showed off the German bodywork from Stuttgart to best advantage for the hungry worldwide publicity machine.
With a growing Sugarpova candy empire to manage, time is precious for the Russian, who could also be on the cusp of a future broadcast career after making feature appearances at the Sochi Olympics for an American network.
But once the publicity and off-court duties are archived, it will be all business for the four-time grand slam winner, with a matched set of majors.

Sharapova’s Porsche deal is part of a women’s record $29 million annual publicity portfolio, the highest in women’s sport.
