Now it is about the countdown if you get to a middle Sunday of a Grand Slam  it is about doing less of everything and time to reload the energy!

Those who have a day off get in early and stay at the site for a minimum of time! For me it is about making sure the focus is on recovery and working on some minor areas of a players game and keep them in the right frame and state of mind!

Yesterday I thought I bring out the Orange and brighten up the day during the practices of Ana and Daniela.

We had a great day and Ana was in great spirits after her it and took time our for her fans!

It was a hit overcast and humid day! After the practices I went and checked out some juniors before heading back to the city for my own personal workout! This is the key to maintaining the heave schedule
