2nd tradition at Wimbledon  |

The talk of the day at Wimbledon was the Monday order of Play on the men’s. side! As a tradition in Wimbledon the Defending men’s champion will open play on Monday and the defending women’s champion on tuesday! Since the bottom of the draw (128 draw of players is divided by the top and button of 64 players! ) consist of Federer! The whole bottom part will play on Monday! This means Nadal and Murray are playing as well since they are in the Bottom and so is Hewitt who plays Wawrinka and many more great match ups! The women’s side you will have the bottom part begin their tournament on Monday since Serena is the defending champion and top seed in top half if the women’s draw! Tomorrow the focus will be on the Order of Play for Monday!

Everyday I enter the site I see this view of Wimbledon the green ivy is spectacular and the members balcony over looking the courts 4/5/6 and 7 is humbled by a massive interactive screen! Technology is playing a bigger role every year in our sport!

Against all odds no technology could have predicted this outcome of a match! As you walk onto Wimbledon towards the Aorangi Practise courts you pass court 18! If you get a chance to visit Wimbledon court 18 is one of my favorite courts! Very intimate and allowing a great atmosphere! On this a major record was placed and this plaque gives you this extraordinary outcome

As predicted rain was paying a role in today’s schedule but far less than expected never the less many players had to share courts! The day before the practise courts were divided in hours however today the players only got 45 min per training session and having to share mostly 4 on a court!

But you could see that Paris was not out f the minds yet Roland Garros visiting Gras court tennis on a rainy day

Today we were on the Wimbledon courts again and Kristina and Christina had a hit together on court 16! We were in all white and Kiki send out a tweet with a picture of the occasion

At the end of the day I stayed around the grounds and watches many players play! But I found one person that was on court with a top seed who can name the Person and the Player he is working with?

The count down has started and tomorrow will be the last day before the Wimbledon championships begin! No Practise at Wimbledon so Aorangi will be a full house.
