Top seeds Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor advanced to the AEGON Championships final on Saturday, defeating No. 8 seeds Eric Butorac and Paul Hanley 6-4, 6-3.

Mirnyi and Nestor won 78 per cent of their service points and capitalised on both of their break point opportunities to claim victory in 59 minutes.

The Belarusian/Canadian duo is bidding to win its fourth title of the season. They successfully defended their title at Roland Garros (d. Bryan/Bryan) and also triumphed in Brisbane (d. Melzer/Petzschner) and Memphis (d. Dodig/Melo).

Mirnyi is looking for his first trophy at the ATP World Tour 250 grass-court event in London, having finished runner-up on four occasions. Nestor is a three-time event champion, with his most recent success coming in 2008 with Nenad Zimonjic.

In the final, the World No. 1 pair awaits the winner of second-seeded defending champions Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan and seventh seeds Janko Tipsarevic and Nenad Zimonjic.

At the Gerry Weber Open, No. 1 seeds Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi and Jean-Julien Rojer reached their second final of the season, dismissing Lukasz Kubot and Mikhail Youzhny 6-2, 6-4.

Qureshi and Rojer, coming off of a semi-final run at Roland Garros (l. to Bryan/Bryan), captured their first team title in Estoril (d. Knowle/Marrero). For the crown, they will face Treat Conrad Huey and Scott Lipsky, who edged Germans Michael Kohlmann and Florian Mayer 7-6(2), 6-4.

Huey and Lipsky fired 10 aces and won 85 per cent of their first serve points to advance in 66 minutes. Huey is seeking his first ATP World Tour trophy, while Lipsky is gunning for his seventh title and first this year.
