American Donald Young continued his strong start to 2015, reaching his third quarter-final of the season as he defeated Colombian Alejandro Gonzalez 6-3, 6-2 on Thursday at the Delray Beach Open by The Venetian® Las Vegas.

For the most part it was a solid week at the Memphis Open for Americans, especially Donald Young and Sam Querrey. Both men reached the singles semifinals and Young also finished runner-up in doubles with partner Artem Sitak.
