The Swiss tennis master in his favorite color. RED! Just when you think you’ve seen the coolest Federer / Nike collections they come back with new fresh surprises. Big congrats go out to Roy. He is the man at Nike that keeps all the cool RF gear coming. How many hats do you have ?

The fans in Shanghai are loving the event. They are attending in droves when Roger or Rafa play. The fact that Roger Federer is in the doubles draw is really the icing on the cake. Roger is playing with the talented Ze Zhang. Thursday they play the team of Dodig and Melo, those guys are number six as a team in the doubles race for London . It should be a great match. Every match in this tourney singles and doubles changes the outcome for who makes the cut for year end champs. This is really crunch time.

The only way to describe this U.S. open is soaking wet without raining... It's really hard to play tennis when your socks are soaking wet and you are "sloshing" in your shoes. Your shoes get really heavy when they get wet.
