A bittersweet day for me but I’m excited and thrilled to retire from the sport of tennis. A sport that has given me so much for the past 20 years and a sport that has turned me into the man I am today. It gave me moments and memories that I will have in my heart forever and never forget. Thank you to all of my family, friends and fans who have supported me every step of the way and pushed me that extra inch when I sometimes could not push myself. I am sad to close this chapter but overjoyed and thrilled to begin the next! – via Facebook
