Caroline Wozniacki is reported to be on the verge of setting up a home together with her world golfing no.1 boyfriend Rory McIlroy in an $11 million Florida mansion in Palm Beach Gardens, little more than a well hit forehand away from the Williams sisters’ headquarters.

Wozniacki currently lists her home as Monte Carlo and owns an apartment in the same complex as her successor at WTA no.1 Victoria Azarenka and the male counterpart, Novak Djokovic.

However reports in the Irish press maintain Wozniacki and McIlroy have already done a deal for the Palm Beach Gardens address that boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a world-class gym, pool, two stories of Zen decor and a private deep-water dock in the back.

The year-old property, situated in the exclusive Old Gate enclave, also has a private putting green on the grounds and is situated next door to the Jack Nicklaus Bear Golf Club.

Together the pair won close to $US17 million in prize money during 2012 while McIlroy has also signed a new sponsorship deal with Nike worth $250 million over the next 10 years.

The couple is currently together in Monte Carlo where Wozniacki is practicing before playing in the Qatar Total Open which begins in a week’s time on February 11.
