Bethanie Mattek-Sands … That Bethanie … Wild cards go nicely with her name. If you are a player wildcards are golden. And anyone whose ranking doesn’t get them into the main draw loves to see wildcard near their names. …. In front of her name after her name. Bethanie is great for the game. She is always exciting to watch. She is a smart player with great hands and fast feet. She is as colorful a character as they come. Tatoo ‘s and all. Outrageous clothes. The Lady  Gaga  of tennis.
So why no wildcards ? No idea. She is personable. Charming. Liked by all is always smiling and a great representative of the sport of tennis
Yes. The U.S. Open gave her one. Bad luck on the draw. Venus in the first round. And Venus played an almost flawless match. Her dresses are beautiful . She looks beautiful. Like a princess. Do you get where I’m going here ?
It’s the Ying / yang. It’s Bethanie in her street wear and a tough fighter versus the princess. Tennis needs the rivalries. The match ups. The matches. We need big hitters. Shotmakers. Imagine this golden age without the talented and athletic French men. The talent and depth is off the charts.’
Point to be taken. Bethanie adds a lot to every event. 2012 still has some months kept. Tourney directors everywhere give Bethanie wildcards. Please tourney directors world wide.
Bottom line. Give Bethanie wild cards. Please.
