“It is unfortunate to hear about Rafa’s withdrawal from the US Open. There is someone else though that I feel is being left out when we talk about missing time on tour: Robin Soderling. He has been out for a whole year now, and from what I’ve heard, he has a bug that he just can’t shake. At the time of his last tournament right before last years Open, he was #5 in the world with big promise. He was the one who could consistantly cause the Big 4 problems because of his heavy groundstrokes and big serve, both he hit massively. Hopefully he, as well as Rafa, can heal soon, get back on tour, and ascend to the top where he belongs.”
