Ouch. Not a good morning for Lovey’s favorites. Checking in on Dubai. Roger Federer lost to bounce, bounce, bounce, in the finals ……… Caroline Wozniacki lost in the finals of Doha. Vera Zvonareva won the title 6-4, 6-4.

Ouch again. The men’s dubs finals. Four excellent doubles players. Stakhovsky/Youzhny defeated Chardy/Lopez. 4-6, 6-3, 10-3. Why my ouch ?… The third set should be a third set. Not a tiebreaker…… suits you listening? Luck factors in too much 10sBalls.com thinks, even Jimmy van Allen the father of the tiebreak would be disappointed to see this…. The players worked hard all week to fight their way into the finals of Dubai…. To have it all gone in a blink … So could the ATP maybe try to bring back a REAL third set just in the finals? I bet the fans might like to get more tennis for their ticket prices…. Speaking of ticket prices. 10sballs.com would love to see full stands at every tennis event worldwide. Our suggestion. For starters. Lower ticket prices. Do FAMILY packages. Four tickets. Free Parking. Four hot-dogs and drinks. All for forty dollars…. Do two-fours. Do a great senior discount. A great child price, do free active military and a guest. Fill the seats every session…. help grow the sport thru families… Three generations or even four can play, view or really enjoy a great sport of a lifetime together….. Why are all the tennis associations worldwide focusing on ten year olds … Tennis has lost too many great athletes to soccer … Will they play soccer as a business or network or socializing tool till they are in their nineties? …..

Tennis the sport of a lifetime. On every level my life is better for playing tennis.
