Super Bowl… Super Bowl commercials…. Super everything…. Ok. Where’s our Super Bowl? The closest tennis gets to the Super Bowl is the party Andy Roddick hosted… or Serena Williams attended… Where are our parties? Where’s our end of the year celebration? But come to think of it? Did the Aussie Open have a super party? No one I spoke to mentioned it… They used to?… BNP Paribas knows how to throw a party! But really where’s our Super Bowl???

Rafa. Rafael Nadal. Woo hoo. What an ad campaign. Oh my. Hottest tennis player billboards ever… 10sballs.com really loves it when our players cross over to mainstream… Rafa is being referred to as the new face of Emporio Armani underwear. Face? First of all he should be called the new body instead of new face… But here’s what we are really hoping for… Ready… A clause that says he will quit trying to pull his pants from his butt…. In America, we called it a “wedgie…” Sometime in his life he needs to lose that… butt cam in Australian open caught “it” after every point… seemed like it…

Lindsay Davenport and Lief Shiras did a great job commentating the Fed Cup. Robbie Koenig and John Laffnie de Jäger did a super job covering the South Africa championships. Thank you Tennis Channel. Great efforts US team in Fed Cup. Kim Clijsters is on a roll.

Caroline Wozniaki. We are so glad you are o.k.! Getting smacked at the net really hurts and can be so dangerous… getting hit in the face can be really unsettling. Sorry sunshine. What a beautiful number one you are. :).
