The 2011 Australian Open sure saw some amazing talent emerging. Bernard Tomic is big and talented. The biggest new talent was a Canadian. Milos Raonic. He is big and beautiful to watch play. He has it all including great soft hands around the net. Wow. We hope that kid builds a big trophy case… Oh I almost forgot. His serve. Biggest I ever saw… Fastest in tourney at 230 km/h… Whatever that in mph? …

I sure miss Sven’s blogs. I’m wondering how all of his team are doing? How’s miss Caroline Wozniaki? How’s Sorana Cirstea doing? What’s up with Maria Kirilenko? Or Ayumi Morita? I know that when team Adidas is around everything seems to work like Swiss clockwork. Well let’s describe it like a ROLEX. That’s the closet image I come up with. A well-oiled machine. Gems. Lots of gems. Lots of details. Lots of style and elegance and precision. Sven Groeneveld and his team Adidas are like a ROLEX… What ROLEX? Any ROLEX. . They are awesome … Go team three stripes. . We miss you Sven. When can we get some updates from Amsterdam?

I’m thinking ahead a year… I think this upcoming Federation cup match between the US and Belgium could decide the outcome for “the Sisters.” If the U.S wins they will play on. If the U.S. loses this round they are out of cup. …. Anyone who didn’t play in a two-year period is ineligible for the Olympics in 2012 to be held at Wimbledon…. Ouch. If that happens … That’s a double fault….
