Vegemite and Kooyong…Odd combo. Not really. Both Aussie classics…
Vegemite is delicious and 10sballs.com staff loves the stuff. It’s not peanut butter… Most non-Aussies slather it on too thick. Done right it’s great. We like it on toast with a little butter and a little vegi spread very thinly on top. Yummo.
Now on to Kooyong. The most wonderful tennis in all of Melbourne is played there daily. It’s a great club. It has a fantastic museum. The atmosphere is magical. Oh, almost forgot they run a first rate tourney prior to the Australian open. If you’ve never been you should go. We list Kooyong right up their with Forest Hills and just shy of Wimbledon…

Here we are in Chicago. What a great event. We've been to the WILSON factory daily. Love to see some of the great old frames we played with.
This was a tennis tournament.... Like no other. This was a U.S. Open like no other.. Let's start with new logo. It's click art like ours? But we aren't the USTA.
The only way to describe this U.S. open is soaking wet without raining... It's really hard to play tennis when your socks are soaking wet and you are "sloshing" in your shoes. Your shoes get really heavy when they get wet.
What a start. First match in the new stadium and bye bye ladies number one seed and WTA World Number One. Simona Halep. Losing to Estonian Kaia Kanepi.
Wow. Where do we start. Forward. Backward. Sideways. I sound like a tennis player doing on court drills.
