The ATP announced a group of potential host sites for the Nitto ATP Finals starting in 2021, and it includes London, Manchester, Singapore, Tokyo, and Turin.
The 2018 Nitto ATP Finals at The O2 in London brought a close to another spectacular season on the ATP World Tour, as 21-year-old Alexander Zverev defeated World No. 1 Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-3 to capture the biggest title of his career to date.
There is not a sign of the Nitto ATP Finals left at the O2 Arena. The court is gone, the banners have been taken down and the players are all many miles away, sitting on sun-kissed beaches and enjoying a bit of down time before the training starts in earnest for the new season.
This was an amazing event. Amazing. It's literally all a blur. When I sort out my notes maybe I'll remember more. My favorite part? Easy. Still the boat ride.

Sports fans can be awful every so often, and tennis is no exception. Normally you see it at the U.S. Open or Australian Open, where they cause a ruckus due to being overly inebriated on adult beverages.
When Novak Djokovic arrived in London in June, he was No. 21 in the world. He will leave London in November at the top of the world rankings. No.1. The only question now involves the size of the trophy.
There will be no No. 1 vs. No. 2--Novak Djokvoic vs. Roger Federer--final at the year-end championship. Alexander Zverev prevented that blockbuster from taking place when he took down Federer 7-5, 7-6(5) during semifinal action on Saturday afternoon.
It was an entertaining afternoon session in LONDON at the Nitto ATP Finals on Saturday, but the fans did not go home happy.
