Upon arriving at the Nature Valley International tennis today in Eastbourne, I felt like it was not going to be like the Fever-Tree Championships, where I was last week.
Monday we see a rough first rounder for the guys. Stan Wawrinka plays Andy Murray. Two former top Players. Two of the "Big Four" playing each other in the first round.

Draws have been unkind to Andy Murray iso far in his comeback to tennis. At the Fever-Tree Championships this past week, the Scot had to face Nick Kyrgios in the first round and he would have run into fellow Brit Kyle Edmund if he had managed to advance past Kyrgios.

WTA rising star Belinda Bencic (SUI) claimed the first title of her career at the Aegon International Eastbourne on Saturday, beating world No.13 Agnieszka Radwanska (POL) 6-4 4-6 6-0.

It is always a bit mental on Wimbledon draw day. Those of us who scamper into the media centre listen intently to the draw being done on the ‘wireless’ (albeit digitally via our electronic typing machines), and we frantically analyse every last permutation before galloping out for a bit of tennis.
