It always happens when you are into a tournament the time starts flying by and before you know it you are almost half way through!

Yesterday before the doors opened I had a chance to look at the new social media wall and the global interaction of tennis fans gets a visual representation and you see the power behind the tournament and tennis! Impressive the number that stands out more than 7 million #usopen tweets and it is in the first week! Lets see where it will be next week!

The tournament is using the best technology but they still are dependent on all the referees and lines people! They are very proud and take their job very serious and so does the US Open!

It was a great day to have Ana, Caroline and Dani come through to the 3rd round yesterday! During Ana’s match one if the fans fainted and play was stopped so Ana received some treatment or did she just receive a pedicure?

Yesterday was also a great day for a very dear friend of mine Bobby Blair, who had a book presentation! “Hiding inside of the Baseline” http://rogersmithlife.com/events/12303

Unfortunately I could not be there on this very special event but he received great support through out the entire tennis community!

The day turned out to be long day but to be here out ways any long working day! Perfect weather perfect tennis and perfect view for the fans

To be honest I never ever attended a full weekend of Davis Cup. So that is why I needed to take my parents as they also never experienced this phenomenon.
