Roger Federer. He looks fit. He is fit. But he is also 31 years old. He played a five setter.( quarters) Followed in the next round( semis) a five setter. He simply ran out of steam. The mind and spirit was there but the body was tired. The compression shirt help hold it all together. Don’t get wrong. Rogers got a great core. Great. Very fit dude. But he is over 30. The body does not recover as fast. It just doesn’t.

It was a great match. A great semis. And a great battle. We applaud Roger Federer. We respect his character and charitable work. We love to watch him play. He moves so smoothly and quietly on the court. He glides he strides he represents tennis with the highest level or decorum. Kipling would say. You know that little poem I wrote called ” If ” … I wrote it with a tennis god like Roger in mind.

We applaud Andy Murray. we all knew he had greatness in him ( so does bro Jamie) but it doesn’t always gel. Judy is a great tennis mom. Ivan is a great coach. Full moon in Melbourne and Andy put together his team , his blood , sweat and tears. He spent endless Hours in the gym. On the court. He paid his dues and wear Ed his place in the finals. Bravo guys. We applaud all you fine tennis warriors / players.

P. S. The compression clothes work. Try them. On other matches Roger put compression shirts on after the first set. For the Murray match he came in wearing it.
