American Express Is A Solid US Open Partner

American Express is in its 19th year as a major US Open partner. This year, American Express is offering even more ways for tennis fans to get involved with the action of the US Open and enjoy a customized experience through “The US Open American Express Fan Experience.”

 

The Experience, which is located just inside the East Gate, has moved indoors and now features 20,000 square feet of interactive elements for all fans at the US Open. These include:

 

Swing Analysis: All fans can receive a personalized analysis and tips on how to improve their swing. American Express Cardmembers can also receive a more in-depth lesson with a tennis professional.

 

Game Center : Casual players can challenge their friends to a game of virtual tennis.

 

Fan Court: A full-sized tennis court will feature live programming including 10-and-Under tennis, match previews and player meet-and-greets. Players scheduled to appear include Grand Slam winner Victoria Azarenka and rising stars Sloane Stephens and Ryan Harrison.

 

Cardmembers who sync their eligible American Express Card with their Facebook, Twitter or Foursquare account at Sync.AmericanExpress.com can unlock an exclusive offer to receive a one-time $10 statement credit when they use their synced American Express Card to make a single purchase of $20 or more on-site at the US Open. Cardmembers can also receive a $50 Ralph Lauren gift card with a purchase of $150 or more at the Ralph Lauren store at the Open.

 

The company also offers a Court Curator option for fans where they can customize where they want to go throughout the day, ?American Express Radio Live at the Open, and “Fresh Courts,: a partnership between American Express and the USTA that invests in developing communities through the renovation of existing tennis facilities.

 

This year marks the third anniversary of the program and included community parks in Atlanta , Cincinnati , New Haven , and New York City . Since the partnership began, American Express and the USTA have refurbished more than 70 courts across the U.S. ?
