The Tennis Podcast Produces 200th Show
The Tennis Podcast today uploaded its 200th show.
A free, weekly, downloadable tennis radio show, The Tennis Podcast launched in May 2012 and has built a minimum audience of 12,000 – 15,000 listeners every week, with several episodes exceeding 20,000 downloads.
The show registered its 1 millionth download last October, and is now up to 1.5 million.
The latest show discusses the withdrawal of Roger Federer from Madrid, Grigor Dimitrov’s explosive exit from Istanbul, and the rise of Dan Evans to the world’s Top 100.

In June last year, The Tennis Podcast joined forces with Telegraph Sport, and during Wimbledon and the Davis Cup in 2015 it was sponsored by BNP Paribas.
Presented by BBC 5 Live and BT Sport commentator David Law and Eurosport presenter Catherine Whitaker, the show features special guests, interviews and chat about the sport. Over the past 12 months, Andy Murray, John McEnroe, Martina Navratilova and Andy Roddick have all appeared.
Daily shows will be produced during the Aegon Championships at The Queen’s Club in June, and at Wimbledon.
To mark the milestone, The Tennis Podcast has a new logo, which now appears on all iTunes, Twitter and Facebook artwork.
