The ITF announced today that the Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET) has nominated the Olympic Stadium in Seville as the venue for the 2011 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group Final between Spain and Argentina on 2-4 December. The tie would be played on a clay court under a temporary roof. The venue is subject to a successful site visit by the ITF.

The tie was played on clay under a temporary roof, with Spain going on to win 3-2 for its second Davis Cup title.
Further information will be announced in due course following the ITF site visit.
