What is an Assessment Report?

An assessment report is a document that summarises the findings of an evaluation. It provides a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, and is used to improve internal processes. It is typically created by an outside party however, it could also be collected internally. Assessments are usually conducted as part of training and development programs, or as part a broader company performance review.

The assessment report should clearly outline the results of the evaluation, and what actions were taken to address these findings. They should be simple to read and incorporate a balance of text and images to convey information. They should also consider the design principles of the company to ensure that they are properly presented and are in line with the brand.
