Maria could not have given me a better birthday present! Yup when I heard this was the return date. I knew it was going to be a great date to come back! Bravo Maria! Thank you Maria. Bravo Sven tennis (Orange Coach) Bravo Yutaka, Max, Jerome, and newest member of the team and family ALEX Kuznetsov.

The nervous energy around the office started last week with a visit from Sven. The years became months, became weeks, and last week we all started counting down the days. Then last night. No sleep. Counting down the hours. Then the minutes.

Then Maria takes the court against the really tough competitor a great little Italian WTA player in Roberta Vinci. The match was hard to find to view. It was not televised. And finally we found a link off the computer. (thanks Ricky)

Maria won 7-5,6-3. It was tight. It was a hard fought battle. The match lasted 1 hour and 43 minutes and 43 seconds.

Maria served huge in both sets first set but the first set was amazing. 73 percent of first serves won. 11 aces overall for Maria and none for Roberta.

As you may know we stand behind Maria and always have. We know that we have readers with views in all directions.

But there’s one thing we know more than anything. You cannot find any man or woman in tennis or any business or career with more integrity and respect than the master coach Sven Grovenveld.

He has always been in a league of his own. The HOLLYWOOD handsome Dutchman with a smile that can melt an ice rink stood by Maria’s side from the moment he found out till now. Sven is a global ambassador for Toalson strings and rackets and bags.

The team all wears Nike clothing. It sure looks great on Sven. (Adidas did too). He quietly plugs his fabulous coaching tennis job agency ORANGE COACH. It’s A great platform to get a quality teaching pro from any level to and from anywhere in the world. Best connector for hiring a travel pro coach to your local country club. Jobs posted daily. And they just added field hockey.

Porsche. Yes, Sven looks good in those too. Now that’s a fine piece of machinery and a great friend of tennis, and a great sponsor. (vroom vroom…. Eats bugs fast)

We sure love how many of Maria’s loyal sponsors stayed with her as well. Head was great as was Super Goop and Evian and her Sugarpova chocolates are awesome. All of them. They literally melt in your mouth.

Yes , Michael G. Of Los Angeles You called it all right!

Sven never stop smiling, it’s from the heart, we all know that. You are Sincere to the core.
