FED CUP BY BNP PARIBAS RESULTS
Please find below Saturday’s results for the 2016 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group and World Group II first round ties taking place on 6-7 February. The final day results from the four Zone Group events are also below.
Argentina, Belgium, Chinese Taipei and Ukraine have all qualified for the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group II play-offs on 16-17 April after winning their Zone Group I promotion play-offs on Saturday.
The draw for the World Group II play-offs will take place at the ITF office in London on Tuesday 9 February at 12pm GMT.

Fed Cup by BNP Paribas is the World Cup of Tennis. It is the largest annual international team competition in women’s sport, with 102 nations entered in 2016. The competition is 53 years old having been founded in 1963. The title sponsor is BNP Paribas
