TENNIS NEWS: HALF THE COURT IS CLAY & HALF THE COURT IS GRASS HENCE THE HYBRID OPEN 2015 |

Hybrid Open 2015 both for men and women. Ladies is Oct 23 -25 and guys Oct 30 – Nov 1. Winners get $1000 and runner ups $500.

The tournament is played on the only Dual Surface Tennis Court in Myrtle Beach, SC. 16 players in each men’s and women’s open. Players switch sides as normal, but because it is on a hybrid they have to adjust their strategies, footwork, attitudes, mental outlook etc. Great for showing stroke arsenal and also great for spectators as watching the match on a hybrid is extra entertaining.
