Editors note: Donald Young Jr. put in more time on the U.S. Open courts than anyone else in the draw. He played in the men’s singles and got to the round of 16 before losing a close one to Stan Wawrinka in four sets. He played in the men’s dubs with Michael Russell and they won two rounds. And he played in the mixed dubs with his “little sister” Taylor Townsend and they won two rounds. We think he played one or two matches daily for 8 days and now he is off to Davis Cup.
