LOFT in Bastad hosted the SkiStar Swedish Open player party Tuesday night as players donned masks to celebrate in a less-scandalous way than the party’s theme implied.
The theme, “50 Shades of Grey”, provided an intimate setting as Tommy Robredo, Juan Monaco, Nicolas Almagro, Elias Ymer and Robert Lindstedt were among those to enjoy good food and entertainment, such as a magic show by Stefan Odelberg and music by Jam ladies.
Argentine Monaco also provided some entertainment of his own as he went assumed the role of ATP behind-the-scenes reporter to interview his fellow players at the party.
The Argentine compared outfits with Almagro, teased Diego Schwartzman about his time in Bastad and reminisced with Lindstedt about the time doubles partner Rafael Nadal accidentally hit him in the face with his racquet…
