The brothers are having a great 2014. Peter, On the left is younger (taller) little brother of Max the Beast Mirnyi. Peter is a great guy. 23 years old and a former college basketball player. Then there were his retail years as a manager of a Nike store. And more recently Peter was running the Mirnyi’s great restaurant in Bradenton. Break point pizzeria. As a kid he would travel with Max and his dad Nicolai but over the years school got in the way of the bros hanging together. Peter is enjoying a great 2014. We caught up with them as soon as we arrived on site in Madrid @ “the site ” that’s what players say. The club or the site. Richard Krajicek once told us over breakfast. See you @ my club. We were confused … He was referring to Wimbledon. The All England Lawn Tennis Club . Which as the 1996 winner he was made an honorary member. Max and his dubs partner Mikhail Youzhny lost today to the team of Cabal & Farah and will probably be heading to Rome in a few days.
