“Court Confidential: Inside The World of Tennis,” the new tennis book by leading tennis writer Neil Harman of The Times of London, is now available in paperback in the United States.

“Court Confidential,” available here on Amazon.com: http://m1e.net/c?136915875-tWMuJHKtCtT/g%4084351444-fgabOKvqDPGFY and where ever books are sold in the United States for $19.99, recounts recent defining times in modern-day tennis, from Wimbledon to the Olympic Games, from Serena Williams’s battle with illness to Andy Murray’s historic first major singles title. Featuring frank, in-depth interviews with all the leading players, their coaching staff, their agents and managers, “Court Confidential” presents the game from an insider’s perspective and offers the fresh insights and strong personal views for which Harman is celebrated. The book was originally released in the United Kingdom by The Robson Press.

Harman, the tennis correspondent of The Times and recognized as one of the world’s leading tennis writers, also previously covered tennis for the Sunday Telegraph and the Daily Mail. In 2005, he won the ATP’s Ron Bookman Award for Media Excellence and in 2012 he was awarded the BNP Paribas Open Media Award for writers dedicated to tennis.

Quipped Wimbledon champion Andy Murray of Harman, “Despite his poor taste in shirts, his journalism has earned him many awards and the respect of players; his longevity in the game speaks for itself.”

World No. 1 Novak Djokovic described Harman as “a great journalist and remarkable person who values the players and always promotes tennis in the best possible way with his avid appreciation and understanding of our sport.”

Said eight-time French Open champion Rafael Nadal of Harman, “I have got to know Neil all these years and like him personally but the most important thing is that he is a very well-informed journalist and is respected in all that he does.”

Said two-time Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka, “I see Neil not as journalist, but as a huge part of the tennis world that makes our sport so valuable.”
