Michael Chang won for the most practical and worst , but for certain the biggest white granny hat ever. Donald Young won his match against Dutchman Robin Hasse. D.Y. Sure looked good in his match against David Ferrer. Donald plays Seppi in the second round. Seppi played an amazing marathon to beat local favorite Hewitt. It was a real battle. Happy Serbian New Year to all of our Serbian friends. . Dusan Vemic taught us the word ” idemooo” we think it either means Let’s go or let’s bounce less. … More news out of Southern California. The Los Angeles times let Diane Pucin it’s tennis writer go. Our favorite L.A . Times tennis writer was the brilliant Lisa Dillman. Her top ten was the best. Maybe let lisa do some tennis writing ? Luckily for Angelinos they still have the great Bill Dwyer around. We heard great things from the sites old buddy Jan – Michael Gambill he did some commentating during Doha. First of all he did a great job and secondly he loved it ! Jan – Michael is in Australia coaching a team of Chinese players. Good luck mate. With this Auzzie heat we are sure Rafa is happy having his shorter shorts. It’s too hot to play. It just is. Sorry the humidity doesn’t factor in.
