Pete Sampras and his wife, actress Bridgette Wilson-Sampras, have sold their Lake Sherwood-area compound near Thousand Oaks above Los Angeles.

The sale price was not disclosed as it was an off-market deal, but the estate had been listed at $19.95 million.

The estate sits on 20 acres with 360-degree views, and features a tennis court, a swimming pool and basketball court. The 13,000-square-foot home has a theater, game room and poker room.

There is also a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse and a 2,000-square-foot detached gym. The property, which Sampras and Wilson have lived in with their two children, features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and 16,177 square feet of living space.

Sampras, 42, is playing exhibitions on occasion and does have some outside business interests, but the former No. 1 lead pretty quiet life since retiring after winning the 2002 US Open.

Wilson, 40, had big roles in “The Wedding Planner, “I Know What You Did Last Summer and “Billy Madison” (1995).”
