Since I am taking you in this journey I might as well tell you what my day looks like when you are not on court and you have to travel from one town to the next!
After the match of Caroline I booked my flight for the next and made sure I had plenty of time to pack and return my car at the tournament site!
I took the chance yesterday to have a longer workout at the site which gave me a chance to say goodbye to the entire player services and tournament director.
I dropped of my rental car and picked up my Laundry, which is a service that is also provided by the tournament (for a small fee)
At 12 I went back to the House of Tex to have lunch and pack my bags and organize and schedule my day on Sunday and making sure all of the players are aware of my next stop in New York.
At 2:30 and hour drive from Mason, Ohio to the airport of Cincinnati, Ohio but the airport is located in the state of Kentucky.
Ready for my 4:42 departure to NY where I met the coach of Marion Bartoli, who was heading home with a very sad feeling.
Arrival in John F Kennedy Airport at 6:05 and a taxi ride to the city which also takes an hour with Traffic which got me checking in at 8 pm. I was happy to arrive in the lobby of the hotel I have been staying in for the past 8 years with adidas
A day does not exist even though it was my day off but if you love what you do and you people on the planet that inspire others like Nelson Mandela (I saw this poster when i arrived in NY) I am taking each day with passion and commitment.
