Day 2 started the same way as it did yesterday! However except for one big difference! The sun was out and the temperature was much higher than yesterday!

Like at every grand slam or tour event the game would not be played as efficiently if it was not for the ball girls/boys! Here in Wimbledon they line them before the enter and line them up when they or on the grounds!

One of my first practices was again on the match courts! Those players playing on center court or court 1 they get a chance to warmup on the Wimbledon courts! Novak was after us and was putting on his weapons! In my opinion the weapon at Wimbledon are your feet and they need to be taken care of! This is what the sole looks like on grass!

As mentions before the sun was out and Henman Hill or Murray Mount was already getting a full house(sun wine/dine tennis on big screen)

On not such a good note today I have to admit it was a sad day to see Ayumi Maria Timea Daniela and Thiemo loose but very happy for Angelique to get a big win today! Unfortunately Laura had to play Maria in the 1st round as adidas versus adidas never easy. The home crowd got what they came from and Laura came through!

As the sun was setting a couple of matches were finishing around 9pm and were running out of time!

Tomorrow will be day 3 and I can’t wait to get back on the grass!

To be honest I never ever attended a full weekend of Davis Cup. So that is why I needed to take my parents as they also never experienced this phenomenon.
