A new digital tennis magazine, Tennis Journal, has been launched by some of the sports’ foremost writers.
Veteran tennis writers such as Matt Cronin, Doug Robson, Joel Drucker, Tom Tebbutt, Kamakshi Tandon and Richard Osborn have articles in the new issue. The magazine was launched partly as an attempt to rekindle long-form journalism in the sport, which is largely missing these days with the decline of the number of pages in print publications
Articles include why Roger Federer is the world’s top athlete; an exclusive interview with Caroline Wozniacki and thoughts as to why she can win a Grand Slam; an exclusive interview with Marion Bartoli about why she split with her father; why the game has evolved into a baseline one; whether the rules changes are a good thing; a comparison between Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys and much, much more.
One-year, 8 issue subscriptions for $26, are available at tennis-journal.com
Editor’s Note: 10sBalls.com recommends any tennis fan to subscribe to the online magazine. All of the writers that are featuring stories write amazing tennis news, stories, and features. We can’t wait for the next issue to come out!
