Ok this is going to be short and sweet because I am exhausted after a long day at the courts!

On the other hand I have had another great day at the tennis and as I thought it would be cold but no rain was causing problems other than the fact that we did get some rain early in the morning.

As a matter of fact when I arrived at 8:45 at the site they just cancelled all practices starting before 10 am because the courts were still wet due to the rain that fell overnight.

The guys behind the practice desk are all familiar faces that have been here for as many years as I have been and handle this without a worry!

Their challenge is to make everybody happy and get their courts assigned. The gift I brought was that they have Caroline Wozniacki as a good omen because she has been always so nice to them.

So today’s blog is about a “thank you” that goes out to the BNP PARIBAS OPEN PRACTICE DESK

(Plus we 4 adidas players playing each other in 2 separate matches of which 3 are part of our program Maria Kirilenko played Christina Mchale (both program players ) and Sorana Cirstea (program player) playing Anabel Medina Garrigues! As a protocol in our program no coaching against any player wearing the stripes!!!!!!

Tomorrow Daniela will take on Vika and Caroline will take on Cornet , which means we will be in the corner giving our support!

To be honest I never ever attended a full weekend of Davis Cup. So that is why I needed to take my parents as they also never experienced this phenomenon.
