2nd week is the week that all of us in professional tennis want to get to!
There is different atmosphere around the players because more than 80% of players coaches and guests are gone!
The locker room is quiet and you get a chance to have some time to catch up with familiar faces that you have met over the past 22 years
2nd week also means wheelchair tennis and junior tennis with both I have close ties! With having worked with the most dominant wheelchair tennis in de world, Esther Vergeer and being an ITF wheelchair tennis Ambassador I will lend my support to the players and wheelchair tennis!
Unfortunately Mailel Scheffers lost today in 3 tough sets against the number 1 seed Shingo Kunieda from Japan
The juniors will always bring new players to our attention an it is always interesting to see the new faces of the future maybe some of you do remember this champion! Victoria Azarenka won the junior tittle in 2005
Some of you may or may have not see. Vika have a flirt with the camera at the Australian Open transportation! Now the Camera is challenging Djokovic to Beat Vika’s Camera interaction
Unfortunately Caroline Wozniacki lost her 4th round match but it was great to be back in her corner from the start of the season and look forward to spend more time with her and her team!
Today is my last day at the Australian Open 2013 and already look forward to attend the 2014 Championships!
