ATLANTA, December 23, 2012 – Bob and Mike Bryan participated in a taping of a new online game show called, “You Might Be Smarter Than A Singles Player,” hosted by BB&T Atlanta Open tournament director, Bob Bryant.
The humorous pseudo-contest was recorded as a lead-up to the announcement of the Bryan brothers’ participation in the 2013 BB&T Atlanta Open this July 20-28 at Atlantic Station. At the end of the taping, the Bryans gave the tournament director their trademark chest bump in celebration of their agreement to play the ATP World Tour event.
The Bryan brothers are among the most accomplished men’s doubles team of all time. Known for their match-clinching chest bumps, the 34-year-old twins recently won their 12th Grand Slam men’s doubles title at the 2012 US Open. That victory broke the record for men’s doubles team in the Open era held by Mark Woodforde and Todd Woodbridge. Overall, the Bryans hold 82 doubles crowns, more than any other men’s doubles team in history.
