HHC Atlantic Buys Delray Beach Property | 
HHC Atlantic, the company that owns the Seagate Hotel and Spa in Delray Beach, Florida, has bought the Hamlet Country Club in South Florida for $11 million, which includes an eight-court tennis center, 18-hole Joe Lee-designed golf course, fitness center and restaurants. The group will rename it Seagate Country Club.
