Yup. I’m on my way. Passed airport security. And I’m waiting at the gate. I’m super excited . It’s been a few years since I’ve been. Today “X” plays big John Isner. John is not a quitter. We all know that and his match in Wimbledon will never be out of the record books. But my $ is on Xav. He is a better clay court player. Also John is suffering from being abroad already. He has had an amazing year and is a bit fried. So I pick Xavier to knock out the number one seed …

Sorry I missed Donald Youngs match. He lost a heartbreaker to Thomas Bellucci of Brazil 6-7,6-0,6-3. D.Y. As his friends and fans call him is really on the verge of finding his place in the men’s game. Call me crazy but he has been junior tennis version of Justin Bieber for a really long time. One thing missing. Usher ! Where is this kids mentor to help put a light on the path? You can say a bunch about Tiriac . But he helped guide the careers of Nastase. Boris Becker and all the Gorans. Donald Young needs a guy like Usher is for Justin…. FYI…. As mom coaches go Illona Young wasn’t a player of the level of a Gloria Connors ( Jimmys mom and Bretts grandmother ) ….but she is one smart lady….
