Let’s record history: Anastasia who had a warmup with Mats Merkel of adidas and assisted by her physical trainer Floris Minnaert on center court here in Madrid!

There are many mixed feelings about the Blue clay! However Madrid has been struggling to provide the courts that players expect from a big tournament! Add the Blue and you have a big controversy! However instead of complaining we should be asking the question, how can we help the greater sport of tennis to compete with the other sports on a global scale. I believe Ion Tiriac is doing us a favor to ask this question by having the innovative talent and create Blue Clay! We as a tennis group should applaud and not complain but support innovation and provide criticism to improve the playability of the surface here in Madrid!
