Monte Carlo Country Club. What a week. Poor Novak Djokovic got word that his grandfather had passed away. He still walked on court and played day after day and bravely made his way into the finals. I remember when my grandfather died. I could barely eat, sleep. Or even shower without cutting myself. I went into a fog. A surreal state. I couldn’t get out of bed. The pain was immeasurable…

But Novak everyday did what he does best. Played tennis. The Serbian athletes played thru a war. If you didn’t see Novak on the American tv show called 60 minutes.try to catch it on their site. It was great. He is amazing. 10sballs.com sends our sincerest condolences to Nole and his entire family. But most of all we applaud Nole and his team that help him navigate life.

We have to end on a happy note.

The doubles finals in Monte Carlo is a dream final for our site. The team of Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor play the Dynamic Duo of Bob and Mike Bryan also known as the Bryan brothers … it’s going to be one for the record books. We are happy with the finals. Happy for all four guys.
