ITF Announced Fed Cup Team Nominations

The ITF has announced the official team nominations for the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group and World Group II first round ties, taking place on February 4th and 5th. In addition, Zone Group events are taking place the week of January 30th.

Notable absentees are Ana Ivanovic as Serbia faces Belgium, and Marion Bartoli when France takes on the Slovak Republic. Kim Clijsters is not named, but indicated after her defeat in Melbourne that she was still undecided whether she would play.
